Pandan Chicken



Pandan leaves, wash and dry
2 pieces of cubed chicken breast, skinless and deboned
Pinch of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon oyster sauce
Pinch of white pepper powder
¼ teaspoon SIS Fine Grain Sugar
1/8 teaspoon fish sauce
¼ cup fresh grated ginger juice


  1. Mix the cubed chicken with all the seasonings above.
  2. Add ginger juice, marinate well and keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Wrap a piece of chicken cube on pandan leaf. Repeat for the rest of chicken cubes.
  4. Deep fry until golden brown.
