Soy Bean Milk



500g of soy beans
3 ½ litres water
250g of SIS Fine Grain Sugar
4 pandan leaves, tie knot


  1. Soak soy beans in water overnight before preparation.
  2. Drain the beans and remove bean skins.
  3. Blend the beans and water together.
  4. Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth or strainer into the pot.
  5. Add pandan leaves and sugar then bring it to boil.
  6. Best serve warm or cold.
