Fruit Jelly

Ingredients

10g jelly powder
250g SIS Raw Sugar
1 litre water
Fruits of your choice (strawberry, kiwi, peach, blueberry)

 

Method

  1. Cut the fruit into cubes.
  2. In a saucepan, dissolve the jelly powder in water.
  3. Bring the water boil, add SIS Raw Sugar and stir until the sugar dissolve.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Add the cubed fruit to the desired moulds, slowly pour the mixture.
  6. Allow to cool completely before chilling in fridge until set for at least 3 hours.
