Peppery Salmon with Brown Sugar Glazed



2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup packed SIS Brown Sugar
350g salmon fillet, bones removed
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon of cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon butter, room temperature


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line baking tray with non-stick baking sheet
  2. Pat dry salmon with kitchen towel and brush with butter.
  3. Combine the lemon juice, brown sugar, black pepper, onion power and mix well. Spread them over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 20-25mins till liquid on salmon dried out.
