Stir Fry Harusame and Napa Cabbage

1/8 Napa cabbage (Japanese Glass Noodle)
50g Harusame (Japanese Glass Noodle)
A dash of pepper
1 Negi (Japanese green onion), chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, chopped
For Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Sake
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Low GI sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil


  1. Soften the glass noodle in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes then drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized.
  3. Cut the pork and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir fry pork in a frying pan, add the glass noodle, green onion and ginger.
  5. Add the combined sauce ingredients and sesame oil to finish.
