Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients

900g fresh strawberries, top leaves removed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100g SIS-Lite Sugar

 

Method

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add SIS Lite Sugar, lemon juice and blend for another 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a freezer safe container. Put into the freezer for 2 hours or until it firms up.
  4. Bring out from the freezer to soften for 5 minutes before serving.
