Ingredients

200ml whipping cream
2 tablespoon SIS Icing Sugar

 

 

Method

  1. Place the mixer bowl and whisk in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Add whipping cream and SIS Icing sugar into the mixer bowl and whisk till soft peaks form.
  3. Serve together with Sponge Cake or Pancakes.
