INGREDIENTS
500g organic soybean
3 ½ litres water
250g SIS Organic Raw Sugar
4 pandan leaves, tie knot
METHODS
- Soak soybeans in water overnight before preparation.
- Drain the beans and remove bean skins.
- Blend the beans and water.
- Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth or strainer into the pot.
- Add pandan leaves and SIS Organic Raw Sugar then bring it to boil.
- Serve warm or cold.
