INGREDIENTS
3 punnets of blueberries
Zest of lemon plus 1 tbsp of lemon juice
3 tbsp of water
Pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp of SIS Fine Grain Sugar
Methods
- Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and heat over medium heat
- Stir occasionally as the blueberries start to break down and the compote comes up to a bubble.
- Let it bubble for 10-15 minutes until the compote thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Let compote cool and set then store in the fridge.
