6lb fresh tomatoes
½ cup SIS Caster Sugar
¾ cup onion
2 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon Worcester sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- In a pot, add tomatoes to boil for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and remove the tomatoes to cool completely.
- Blend the cooled tomatoes, onion and garlic in a food processor until puree.
- In a pot, add tomato puree and the remaining ingredients. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat to cool before bottling.
