Ingredients

2 packs Mix Salad (total 250g)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon SIS Lite Sugar
¼ cup olive oil

Method

1. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and SIS Lite sugar until sugar dissolved.
   
2. Place the mix salad in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the oil mixture over the salad and toss to coat.
