Asparagus and Prawns Salad with Special Sesame Sauce

2 boiled eggsSauce
Method
500g prawns, peel and devein
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 bunches asparagus, cut into 11⁄2” pieces
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon grinded sesame
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon Low GI Sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Add salt to a pot of boiling water, bring prawns and asparagus to boil.
When fully cooked, transfer them to an ice water bath, drain well and set aside.
Cut boiled eggs into eight equal parts.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
Gently toss the sauce mixture, prawns, asparagus and eggs.
