Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoon SIS Lite Sugar
Ginger, small chunk
5-6 mint leaves
500ml sparkling water
Ice cubes

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend well until all ingredient have combined.
3. Filter with a strained and pour blend into serving glass.
4. Add ice cubes before serving.
