Stir Fry Harusame and Napa Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

1/8 Napa cabbage
50g Harusame (Japanese Glass Noodle)
75g chicken
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 Negi (Japanese green onion), chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, chopped

Sauce
1/2 tablespoon sake
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon SIS Low GI Sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

METHODS
  1. Soften the glass noodle in hot water for 2-3 minutes then drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized.
  3. Cut the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir fry the chicken in a frying pan, add the glass noodle, green onion and ginger.
  5. Add the combined sauce ingredients and sesame oil to finish.
