INGREDIENTS
2 shots or 60ml of espresso or really strong coffee
2-4 tsp of SIS Icing Sugar
200ml whipping cream
Methods
- Brew the espresso or coffee and stir in the icing sugar until dissolved.
- Let the sweetened coffee cool down and refrigerate to chill.
- Whip up the whipping cream to soft peaks and slowly pour in the sweetened coffee.
- Whip again to combined the sweetened coffee until stiff peaks.
- Decant into small glasses or pudding cups. Optional step, sprinkle shaved or grated chocolate overtop.
- Place in the fridge again for at least an hour to set.
- Once set, dig in and enjoy!
