Fried Banana Balls

INGREDIENTS

300g very ripe bananas
130g plain flour
80g SIS Coarse Grain Sugar
10g rice flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda

METHODS
  1. Mash the bananas with forks until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas. Mix until combined and set aside for few minutes.
  3. Heat oil at medium-low heat.
  4. Grease a spoon with oil to scoop the batter and drop into the hot oil.
  5. Cook until golden brown and scoop out on a plate lined with a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
