INGREDIENTS

2 shots or 60ml of espresso or really strong coffee

2-4 tsp of SIS Icing Sugar

200ml whipping cream

Methods
  1. Brew the espresso or coffee and stir in the icing sugar until dissolved.
  2. Let the sweetened coffee cool down and refrigerate to chill.
  3. Whip up the whipping cream to soft peaks and slowly pour in the sweetened coffee.
  4. Whip again to combined the sweetened coffee until stiff peaks.
  5. Decant into small glasses or pudding cups. Optional step, sprinkle shaved or grated chocolate overtop.
  6. Place in the fridge again for at least an hour to set.
  7. Once set, dig in and enjoy!
